How billing works

Subscriptions are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and its subsidiaries) acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment transactions, sales tax/VAT compliance, and invoicing. Supported payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and select regional methods, depending on your country.

All prices are in EUR and include any applicable VAT/sales tax. As Merchant of Record, Paddle determines the correct tax for your billing location and always shows the final price (incl. tax) before you confirm payment.

Frequently asked

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Use "Aboneliği yönet" / "Manage subscription" in Settings → Üyelik / Membership — it opens the Paddle Customer Portal where you can cancel in one click. Premium access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Is there a free trial?

No. The free account is the way to try devocab: level A1 and 20 words a day, for as long as you like, with no card needed. Premium is billed from the day you subscribe. Your right of withdrawal is described in the Refund Policy.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Not within a running subscription — the Paddle Customer Portal does not offer plan changes. To move to the other plan, cancel your current one (Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for) and subscribe to the other plan after that.

Can I redeem a promotional code?

Yes, in the upgrade window ("Have a coupon code?"). A code either gives a discount at checkout or grants Premium for a fixed period with no card needed; Premium from a code ends automatically and does not renew.

Is there an offer when I finish a level?

When you complete a level without Premium, we may offer you a one-time discount on the first billing period of the monthly or the yearly plan. The amount and the expiry date are shown with the offer. The first period is billed at once at the discounted price, and the regular price applies from the next period on. Each account receives the offer at most once.

Tüm fiyatlar EUR cinsindendir ve geçerli KDV/satış vergisini içerir. Satıcı (Merchant of Record) olarak Paddle, faturalandırma konumuna göre doğru vergiyi belirler ve ödemeyi onaylamadan önce her zaman son fiyatı (vergi dâhil) gösterir.

İstediğim zaman iptal edebilir miyim?

Evet. Ayarlar → Üyelik altındaki "Aboneliği yönet"i kullan; Paddle müşteri portalı açılır ve tek tıkla iptal edebilirsin. Premium erişimin, ödemesini yaptığın dönemin sonuna kadar sürer.

Ücretsiz deneme var mı?

Hayır. devocab'ı denemenin yolu ücretsiz hesaptır: A1 seviyesi ve günde 20 kelime, istediğin kadar, kart gerekmeden. Premium, abone olduğun günden itibaren faturalandırılır. Cayma hakkın İade Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.

Aylık ve yıllık plan arasında geçiş yapabilir miyim?

Süren bir abonelik içinde hayır — Paddle müşteri portalı plan değişikliği sunmuyor. Diğer plana geçmek için mevcut planını iptal et (Premium, ödemesini yaptığın dönemin sonuna kadar etkin kalır) ve ondan sonra diğer plana abone ol.

Promosyon kodu kullanabilir miyim?

Evet, Premium'a yükseltme penceresinde ("Kupon kodun var mı?"). Bir kod ya ödeme sırasında indirim sağlar ya da kart gerekmeden belirli bir süre için Premium verir; koddan gelen Premium kendiliğinden biter ve yenilenmez.

Bir seviyeyi bitirdiğimde bir teklif var mı?

Premium olmadan bir seviyeyi tamamladığında, aylık veya yıllık planın ilk fatura dönemi için sana tek seferlik bir indirim sunabiliriz. İndirimin tutarı ve son geçerlilik tarihi teklifle birlikte gösterilir. İlk dönem indirimli fiyattan hemen faturalandırılır; sonraki dönemden itibaren normal fiyat uygulanır. Her hesap bu teklifi en fazla bir kez alır.
