Refund Policy
1. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and corresponding national laws (in Germany: §§ 355, 356, 357 BGB). The statutory instruction below sets out how this right is exercised; the model withdrawal form follows in section 2.
Withdrawal Instruction (Widerrufsbelehrung)
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us:
Mehmet Ugur Kebir, Peter-Dörfler-Str. 24, 88161 Lindenberg im Allgäu, Germany, support@devocab.com
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form in section 2, but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For such reimbursement we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to the services already provided up to the time you have informed us of the withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Loss of the right of withdrawal for digital services
Under § 356(4) BGB the right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content or services only if all of the following conditions are met:
- you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period;
- you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal as soon as performance begins;
- we have provided confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).
If any of these conditions is not met — for example because such consent was not obtained at checkout — your full 14-day right of withdrawal continues to apply and we will issue a full refund on a timely withdrawal notice. Where Paddle obtains the required consents during checkout, the right of withdrawal is lost once Premium access has been activated.
2. Model Withdrawal Form (Muster-Widerrufsformular)
(If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete and return this form.)

3. Free Trial
Every paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup, but no charge is made if you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from "Aboneliği Yönet" / "Manage Subscription" in Settings → Üyelik, which opens the Paddle Customer Portal.
4. Renewals and Mid-Cycle Cancellation
- Mid-cycle cancellation. If you cancel during a paid period, your subscription does not renew at the end of that period and your Premium access continues uninterrupted until the period you have already paid for ends. We do not pro-rate the unused portion of the period in cash.
- Renewals. Charges for an auto-renewal that has already been billed are not refundable after the 14-day statutory withdrawal window, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or Paddle exercises discretion in exceptional cases (e.g. an unintended renewal reported within a few days). If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before the next billing date.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. There are two ways to request:
- Email support@devocab.com with your subscription details (the email used at purchase, the transaction date). We will forward your request to Paddle.
- Contact Paddle directly using the order link in your receipt email, or via Paddle's buyer support: paddle.net.
Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear on the original payment method, depending on your bank.
6. Exceptions
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection law, we may decline a discretionary refund request where:
- The 14-day statutory window has passed and a renewal has already been billed.
- There is evidence of abuse (e.g. repeated subscribe-cancel cycles to evade payment, or use of the Service in breach of the Terms of Service §5).
- Account access was lost due to your violation of the Terms of Service.
This section does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal under section 1 above or any other mandatory consumer right.
